Throughout my high school career I’ve taken the classes Art Foundations, Pottery 1, Drawing & Painting 1, Drawing & Painting 2, AP Drawing Portfolio, and Digital Art. Art has meant everything to me, it’s been one of the few things that has kept me going. I’ve learned how to use numerous art materials throughout the last four years and I’m always going to benefit from that. It’s taught me which materials I love and which ones I definitely never want to use again. My artistic style depends on the type of art I’m making. If I’m doing digital drawings, which is what I mostly do in my freetime, my drawings are usually 2-D characters and flat colors. If I’m doing a painting with acrylic paint I like to see the paintbrush strokes and use a lot of colors. I’m planning on going to college for Art History where I will hopefully become an Art Museum Curator.
